Wimbledon is so exciting this year. I was fortunate enough to watch Alexandra Eala beat Iga Swiatek last Saturday.

One of the joys of taking guests sightseeing in London is rediscovering treasures we have long forgotten.
It’s years since I last saw the Great Bed of Ware @vamuseum. What an incredible piece with its intricate carvings by German-born woodworkers who had settled in the Southwark district of London. It gives those huge American beds a run for their money!

The Garden Folly Room by @studioenass at Wow!house @designcentrech was really fabulous and unexpected.

We spent a wonderful weekend at a very special wedding in Brittany and stayed in the fabulous @chateaulebrossay in Renac, which is set in the most beautiful estate.
The air was constantly filled either birdsong and at night we were lulled to sleep by the rhythmic purring of hundreds of frogs in the lake. Pure heaven.

A long-standing client has asked us to recover some fabulous Howard armchairs in beautiful Mughal Flower from @robertkime. Naturally, our master upholsterer is using traditional methods - not a staple in sight!

What a lovely evening was had by all at the newly opened Design Emporium Collective on the 5th floor @designcentrech.
My first port of call was the @madeauxhome showroom. The space was beautifully designed, their fabrics and wallpapers are sublime and as always, the welcome from Richard and Ali was warm - thank you both so much.

It was obviously my own fault for using Otto’s special chair to lay out a design scheme for a client!
As soon as I started to arrange everything, up he jumped. It would seem that Otto thoroughly approves of the soft, pretty blue rugs from @gpjbaker and the gentle Srinigar Map prints from @lewisandwood.
We both agree that the pretty trims from @samuelandsons are a must too!

Our client wanted a really light and pretty bedroom without too many flowers. We decided on Beech in Document Green from @lewisandwood for the curtains and all the walls.
One entire wall was wardrobes, so we papered these to which disguised them perfectly. The client is absolutely thrilled and so are we!
